School Fees

Provides morning and afternoon bus service for students riding the upvalley route or downvalley route. Bus Fee payment allows students access to both bus routes. Please see Bus Fee Letter for description of fees and payment options.

Provides educational classroom supplies including Chromebook use for grades 3-8.

NOT included in this invoice and will be billed separately prior to each trip.

All fees are due by September 11, 2026.   

Online payment is available with credit or debit card. Fees listed are per student. For families with more than one student, please adjust the quantity to reflect total number of enrolled students.

State and Federal tax dollars are distributed to ACS in the amount of  $16,000 per student each year, while the true cost of the ACS program is over $20,000 per student. Every year ACS depends on the collective giving of our communities, grant making organizations and local tax initiatives to cover this gap. The financial generosity of our families helps pay for our excellent arts and literacy programs, project based experiences both inside and outside the classrooms, professional development for our teachers, facility maintenance, and other operational costs.

We ask all ACS families to participate at a level that makes sense for your budget. Your support matters!
